On Thursday night, September 29th, at the Cooper Elementary Magnet School, Peninsula Rotary Club Immediate Past President John Frantz presented school principal Chevese Thomas with a donation of $12,000 for the Star Achievers Academy. The money donated will go towards programs that improve the reading skills of the students.
